Marc relies on your photos to bring out the soul and personality of your pet. Here are his top tips to help you choose your best pics:
- Keep faces unobstructed
- Avoid pictures where hands, toys, or other objects block your pet’s face. Clear views help Marc capture their unique expression.
- Mind the lighting
- Too little light makes your pet hard to see. Too much light can wash out important details. The sharper the photo, the more detailed the drawing!
- Try placing the light source to one side of your pet to gently illuminate their face.

- Try outdoor lighting
- Sunny days are great for photo taking. Position the light to one side of your pet to gently illuminate their adorable face.
- Use window light wisely
- Daylight from a window is helpful. Try to avoid direct sunlight, it washes out those important details.
- Skip the blur
- Blurry photos are a no-go. You know what your pet looks like, Marc depends on sharp, clear images to create a portrait full of detail and heart.
