Ownership of Content and Trademarks
Encore Arts, LLC owns all content published on or accessible through this site (“Content”). This includes, but is not limited to, artwork, images, text, and design elements. Moreover, all Content is protected under federal and state laws governing copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Any violation of these protections may result in penalties, fines, and recovery of lost income or profits by the copyright holder.
Encore Arts, LLC owns a copyright of such content. Any reproduction of the artwork and images contained in any product of Encore Arts, LLC is protected, all rights reserved. The reproduction of the artwork and image by the purchaser is allowed for limited personal use only.
Furthermore, accessing or downloading Content or trademarks from our Sites does not grant you ownership rights. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any part of our Content—including images, text, page layout, or forms—without our express written permission. Products and Services
Product and Service listings on our Website may change from time to time. We may update, modify, or remove items without prior notice. After you place an Order, we’ll send an email confirming receipt. However, this confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Occasionally, items may be out of stock. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or decline part or all of your Order and will promptly issue a refund for any unavailable items.
Once we accept your Order, we’ll send a follow-up email confirming that your Goods have shipped or your class or course has been booked. This Order Confirmation signifies the formation of a legally binding Contract between you and Encore Arts, LLC—assuming we’ve received full payment of the applicable Fees.
We strive to ship your Order as quickly as possible. Delivery is complete once the Products reach the address you provided. That said, delays may still occur due to Events Outside Our Control, such as postal disruptions or carrier issues.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in all products and are, and remain, the intellectual property of Encore Arts, LLC.
You are not authorized to:
- copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Products without prior written permission;
- remove any copyright or other notice of Encore Arts, LLC on the Products.
Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately terminate these Terms and Conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Products.
We only supply Products for private use. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you accept that you will not use the Products for commercial, business or resale purpose.
